In our cooking class, through food, we will try to convey the Tuscan lifestyle, that has been handed down to us by our mothers and grandmothers, which are expression of our Valdichiana Senese.

We will cook simple but tasty dishes which will give off smells, flavors and sensations that you cannot forget. All the ingredients of the cooking course are selected based on seasonality, they will be taken directly from the garden of the Buraschi oil mill or from local producers with a short supply chain.

The appetizer of 3 bruschetta, to taste the three types of EVO oil from the BURASCHI FRANTOIO production: Italian EVO oil, ORGANIC EVO oil, EVO IGP TUSCANY oil; various types of croutons: with tomato and basil, with anchovies and parsley, it will be the first thing we are going to prepare.

We continue with the first course: the pici, the handmade pasta typical of the province of Siena and the Valdichiana Senese, whose seasoning will be chosen from time to time.

For the main dish we will prepare a batch of vegetables, which will vary according to the season and what the garden offers us, on request a meat dish will be made; finally a cake or ice cream with EVO BIO oil.
At the end of the course the table will be set and the dishes that have been prepared will be tasted, accompanied by a glass of wine.
