I followed my dream. Today my sister Emanuela and I are carrying on the company created by our Dad Otello on 1966 with a lot of love and determination. My passion for olive oil led me over the years to specialized in this product, even though I did another job. For 20 years I am registered in the national list of oil experts and technicians registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Siena and I have the oil tester award.
I am also specialized in oil production and I have obtained the degree in mill technician.

The world of oil is growing and there is still much to understand and discover. There is a need for continuous study and great dedication.
