During the mill visit you will be able to understand how EVO oil is produced through the various machines, from the arrival of olives in the mill up to the production of oil. It will be a tasting lesson during which you can learn how to recognize the defects and the organoleptic qualities of extra virgin olive oil. The lesson is held in the kitchen of the mill and at the end of it you can taste the bruschette with our oils : BIO/EVO OIL – TUSCAN PGI EVO OIL – ITALIAN EVO OIL, together with a glass of wine.


In our lesson of fresh pasta you will learn how to prepare the first courses, typical of our territory Valdichiana Senese, from pici to tagliatelle, gnocchi and ravioli, served with tasty sauces made with seasonal produce and our EVO oil. The course will take place in the kitchen of the mill and it will be held by Alessandra and Emanuela, under the supervision of Mom Carla, who will reveal you the secrets of the success of every dish.
At the end of cooking class you will taste the prepared dishes together with a glass of wine and for you as a gift …… the apron …..


In our cooking class, through food, we will try to convey the Tuscan lifestyle, that has been handed down to us by our mothers and grandmothers, which are expression of our Valdichiana Senese.
